The VivoTrader Contract may be canceled without penalty or obligation at any time before midnight of the 3rd business day after the date on which the contract is signed. Following this grace period, you may cancel your VivoTrader account at any time.  Upon cancellation, services will be stopped, and you will be liable for funds paid within the last billing period, prior to cancellation.

In order to cancel your VivoTrader account, please notifyVivoTrader directly via e-mail to support@vivotrader.com, by phone at +1 849-941-2094  or by mail to VivoTrader Customer Service Department, 8 Copthall, Roseau Valley, 00152,Commonwealth of Dominica.
